  • Andraž has over 16 years of asset management, capital markets and corporate finance experience.
  • Before founding CapGen in 2012, he was the Head of Asset Management at KD Funds (now Generali Investments) in Ljubljana.
  • He graduated from the University of Ljubljana majoring in Banking and Finance.
  • He is a native Slovenian speaker, fluent in English, German, Croatian and Serbian.

  • Andraž has more than 15 years of experience in real estate appraisal and real estate consulting.
  • He joined CapGen in 2013 as a Partner responsible for the Real Estate practice within the company.
  • Certified Real Estate Appraiser at the Slovenian Institute of Auditors (IFAC).
  • Andraž graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana and finished his BSc at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana.
  • He is a native Slovenian speaker, fluent in English, German, Croatian and Serbian.

  • Long-standing experience in real estate consulting, industrial site acquisitions, development and reconstruction. He mainly leads real estate appraisal, construction cost analysis and real estate advisory projects typically ranging from €1m - €20m.

  • Gregor joined CapGen at the beginning of 2015 with over 15 years of investment banking, brokerage and asset management experience.
  • Before joining CapGen he worked at Unicredit and Ilirika.
  • Gregor is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Business Appraiser at the Slovenian Institute of Auditors (IFAC).
  • He completed a BSc in Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana.
  • Native in Slovenian, fluent in English, Croatian, Serbian and with a good understanding of German.

  • Before joining CapGen Matej worked at Poteza, Alta Invest and BKS Bank, mainly covering and performing valuations of public Slovenian companies and supporting M&A activities with sector analysis and valuations.
  • Matej completed a BSc at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana.

  • Pia completed her Bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering, University of Ljubljana program Geodesy and Geoinformatics and is currently doing her Master's degree in Law and management of the real estate at the European Faculty of Law in Ljubljana.
  • She is a native Slovene speaker and fluent in English and Spanish.

  • The year before joining Capital Genetics, he worked as a student at BVFG financial group, mainly in the field of real estate valuation.
  • He completed his first level of higher professional study at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geodesy, University of Ljubljana, majoring in Technical Real Estate and is currently doing his Master's degree in Spatial Planning at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geodesy, University of Ljubljana.
